Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Semi-Local Chemical Tanker Driver on a dedicated route with frequent home time. The role offers an average gross pay of $103,500 annually and weekly home time, with additional home-time opportunities depending on routes.

You will haul ink and other chemicals in tanker, reefer, or van trailers, averaging about 2,200 miles per week. On-site training is provided, and there is monthly Hazmat training along with a uniform program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Hazmat endorsement required to schedule
• Tanker endorsement required before start date
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers

Responsibilities

• Haul ink and other chemicals in tanker, reefer, or van trailers in totes
• Approximately 2,200 miles per week
• Pre-loaded outbound loads
• Live unloads completed by the receiver — no driver unload
• Extra work may be available with other nearby accounts when needed
