Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Class A CDL Tanker Driver to join the Greater Austin, TX team. You will transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain compliant logs at a Taylor, TX client site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• 1-3+ years tanker driving experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Must consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC).
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week.
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis.
• Safety-sensitive; handling hazardous chemicals and biological waste; PPE required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive commercial vehicles (tanker, vacuum, roll-off, box) in compliance with laws.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain digital logs of hours, service, and repairs per DOT regulations.
• Complete required manifest paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials.
• Secure loads to ensure safe transport.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge and skills.
