Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Class A CDL Tanker Driver for our Greater Austin, TX team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

This role reports to the Operations Director and is based on-site at a client location in Taylor, TX. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain digital logs, and follow safety policies to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1–3+ years tanker driving experience.
• Strong safety and environmental compliance mindset.
• Willing to undergo MVRS checks, background, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive tankers and other commercial vehicles per regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of hours, service, and repairs per DOT rules.
• Complete manifest paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Secure loads properly for safe transport of materials.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and skills development.
