Job summary

Carter Lumber seeks a Shuttle CDL Delivery Specialist to transport materials to multiple locations across the state with a safe, timely approach. This full-time role offers salary-based pay with bonuses and no-touch freight; loads are secured and occasionally tarped, with forklift loading/unloading at sites.

You must hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean record, have flatbed experience, and be familiar with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Flatbed experience required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Able to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to locations safely and on time.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at loading and delivery sites.
• Secure loads and occasionally tarp products.
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading (where required).
• No touch freight; perform standard driving duties.
• Adhere to DOT and company policies.
