Job summary

C3 Trucking in Indianapolis, IN seeks a W2 dedicated account driver. You will haul raw baled plastics, scale loads at pickups and deliveries, and work a semi-local route across multiple states with no touch freight.

Expect 5 working days with 2 consecutive days off, start times 07:00–11:00, 11–13 hour shifts, and 2–3 nights out weekly. The role pays about $1,500+ per week and requires 3 months of Class A experience, clean MVR and passing DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 months of Class A CDL experience with a 53-foot trailer.
• Clean MVR and clean background are required.
• NO SAP DRIVERS.
• Must pass hair and urine drug test and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Haul unprocessed plastics for recycling from customer sites to the Indianapolis center.
• Load at customer site and return to the recycling center for unloading.
• Scale loads on both pickup and delivery.
• Loads are live load/unload and drop/hook with no touch freight.
• Out on the truck 2–3 nights per week; average weekly earnings around $1,500+.

POSITION DETAILS

Drivers on this semi-local job will operate in AR, IA, IN, IL, MD, MI, MN, MO, OH, TN and WI

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Will work 5 days with 2 consecutive days off
• Account operates 7 days a week so the driver must be flexible on days worked.
• Start time: 0700 - 1100
• Shift: 11 - 13 hours
• The driver will be out on the truck an average of 2-3 nights per week

Position Details:

Hauling unprocessed plastics for recycling from customer sites in AR, IA, IN, IL, MI, MD, MN, MO, OH, TN and WI to the Republic recycling center in Indianapolis, IN

Raw baled plastics

The driver will depart from Indianapolis with an empty trailer and get loaded at the customer site. He/she will then return to the recycling center in Indianapolis to be unloaded.

Required to scale the load on both pickup and delivery

Loads are a combination of live load/unload and drop/hook.

No touch freight.

Drivers average $1500+ weekly
