Job summary

Salt City Trucking in Stockton, CA is seeking a CDL-A Semi-Local Driver to haul a mix of flatbed and dry van freight with a Monday–Friday schedule, weekends off, and about 1–2 overnight layovers per week.

You will secure flatbed loads using straps and chains, perform live unloading for flatbed deliveries, and operate automatic sleeper trucks. Expected regional deliveries across CA, NV, and UT with occasional Bay Area work.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable experience.
• Hazmat and doubles endorsements required.
• TWIC card required within 60 days of hire; DOT medical card required.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Secure flatbed loads using straps and chains.
• Perform live unloading for flatbed deliveries.
• Deliver dry van and pup trailers to retail locations across CA, NV, and UT.
• Break down doubles when required.
