Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver in Stockton, CA to haul dedicated freight from Stockton throughout the Bay Area. Expect home daily with a Monday-Friday schedule and automatic equipment.

Shifts typically run 12-14 hours starting between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, with routes to San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and surrounding areas. Must strap loads; customers handle tarping; 48' and 53' flatbeds are used.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Flatbed experience preferred
• Ability to properly strap and secure loads
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated local flatbed freight
• Routes from Stockton to San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and surrounding areas
• Haul 48' and 53' flatbeds
• Driver responsible for strapping loads
• Customers handle tarping
• Day cab operation
