Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Doubles endorsement required at scheduling.
• Hazmat endorsement required at scheduling.
• TWIC card required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to secure flatbed loads using straps and chains.
• Willingness to assist other accounts and handle different trailer types.

Responsibilities

• Semi-local floater position supporting multiple accounts.
• Assist other dedicated accounts, with retail deliveries averaging 0–1 day per week.
• Flatbed freight: deliver to customer sites throughout CA; strap and chain loads securely.
• Dry van and pup trailers: deliver retail freight to CA, NV, and UT including Bay Area and Salt Lake City.
• Freight may involve live unloading, drop-and-hook, and no-touch deliveries.
• Must be willing to break down doubles when required.
• Assigned automatic sleeper trucks; trucks must remain at the account during time off.
