Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to service intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight runs. You will start training at $320 per day, with a $400 daily guarantee and an average of $420 per day on routes.

The job features no weekend work, early 2AM dispatch, and 10-hour shifts with touch freight across multiple stops. Responsibilities include safe operation and inspection of tractors/trailers, accurate loading and unloading, customer interaction, paperwork,

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• DOT Health Card and/or ability to secure new DOT Health Card
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Able to lift and maneuver freight up to 90 lbs with equipment

Responsabilités

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on local and OTR routes delivering food products
• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT rules
• Report safety issues and required repairs
• Ensure proper loading, securing of freight and accurate paperwork
• Deliver to customers and obtain signatures; collect payments where required
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs and maintain clean trailers and docks
