Job summary

OLM Food Solutions seeks full-time CDL-A drivers to support food delivery operations across intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight and OTR commitments. The Driver is responsible for on-time delivery, safe handling, and professional customer interactions.

Position includes a 4-day work week with no weekends, $7,500 sign-on bonus, $2,500 yearly safety bonus, $35 daily per diems when on the road, and paid training. Company emphasizes growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL-A with 21+ years of age or older.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years; drug and background checks pass.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks and pre/post trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Drives tractor-trailer or straight truck; delivers on predetermined routes.
• Unloads freight and secures loads; obtains customer signatures and payments where applicable.
• Maintains logs and paperwork per Federal DOT/state requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned to serve the company.
