Job summary

OLM Food Solutions is hiring full-time CDL-A drivers. The position features a 4-day work week with no weekends, $2,500 yearly safety bonus, $7,500 sign-on bonus, and $35 daily per diems for OTR work (2–3 nights out).

Drivers operate automatic Freightliner Day Cabs/Sleepers, with paid training, PrePass, and competitive benefits. Join a team delivering food nationwide and supporting America’s food distribution system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A; 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and reports issues.
• Drives tractor-trailer or straight truck on local, intrastate, and OTR routes.
• Delivers and unloads products safely and on schedule; completes required paperwork.
• Maintains daily hours of service records and follows DOT and company policies.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
