Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways is seeking safety-focused CDL-A Company Drivers for regional lanes. Earn $1,500–$1,800 per week with a guaranteed $1,350 weekly minimum. Home daily or weekends, depending on route, with local Plymouth/Wabash area home time.

Positions offer daily local and regional runs, drop-and-hook pickups, and live unloads. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid time off accrued at 1–4 weeks depending on tenure.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp-sensitive freight
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery
• Handle basic maintenance and keep equipment clean

HOME TIME

• Drivers in the Plymouth / Wabash area are home frequently
