Wooster Motor Ways in Indiana is seeking CDL-A company drivers for regional lanes. Earn $1,500 - $1,800 per week with a guaranteed $1,350 weekly minimum, with a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.

The role includes daily local and regional runs, drop-and-hook pickups, live unloads, and strict adherence to safety and DOT regulations. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure cargo integrity on arrival.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 1 year verifiable CDL-A experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp-sensitive freight.
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork.
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery.
• Handle basic maintenance (fluids, minor fixes) and keep your equipment clean.

HOME TIME

• Home daily or weekends, depending on route
• Drivers in the Plymouth / Wabash area are home frequently
