Wooster Motor Ways is hiring safety-focused CDL-A Company Drivers for our regional lanes. You get steady miles, a team that has your back, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.

Pay ranges from $1,500 to $1,800 per week with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,350. Home time is daily or weekends depending on route; daily local and regional runs with drop-and-hook pickups and live unloads.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow hazmat handling procedures.
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork.
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery.
• Handle basic maintenance and keep equipment clean.

HOME TIME

• Home daily or weekends, depending on route
• Drivers in the Plymouth / Wabash area are home frequently

• Drop-and-hook pickups, live unload at delivery

Requirements

What You'll Do
