Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. in Indiana is hiring safety-focused CDL-A company drivers for our regional lanes. You will run daily local and regional routes with drop-and-hook pickups and live unloads, earning a strong weekly pay and benefit package.

This position offers a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,350 and typical weekly earnings from $1,500 to $1,800, with home time daily or weekends depending on route. Eligible drivers also receive medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp-sensitive freight.
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork.
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery.
• Handle basic maintenance (fluids, minor fixes) and keep your equipment clean.
