Commercial Metals in Kapolei, HI is seeking a qualified truck driver to join our logistics team. You will deliver products to customers, perform safety inspections, and ensure on-time, compliant shipments across the region.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining vehicle logs. A valid Class A CDL and DOT readiness are required; training for ELD and safety systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English in verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while receiving feedback.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass DOT physicals and drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Complete delivery paperwork and communicate load or timing issues with dispatch, sales, and customers.
• Conduct daily pre-trip, inter-trip, and post-trip inspections of truck and cargo.
• Deliver products to customers, contractors, and jobsites within the region.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Load, secure, and deliver cargo safely and on time.
• Maintain vehicle service and repair logs per state and federal regulations.
