Job description

Pay: $1,400 to $1,600 per week | Freight: 85-90% drop and hook

Home Time: Weekly reset at home | Location: Mobile, AL

  • 2,500-2,600 miles per week
  • 85-90% drop and hook freight
  • Late-model Kenworth T680 equipment
  • Flexible home time along your route

Regional lane coverage keeps freight moving while organized operations help CDL-A drivers maintain dependable weekly miles and a productive work schedule.

This CDL-A truck driver position is designed for drivers who want established regional lanes, reliable freight demand, and predictable route planning without unnecessary changes throughout the workweek.

Pay & Miles

  • $1,400 to $1,600 weekly pay
  • 1 day home for every 7 out
  • 85-90% drop and hook freight
  • 2,500-2,600 miles per week
  • No NYC or New Jersey routes

Home Time: We understand that drivers want to work, but they also want time at home. You'll typically be out 7-9 days before taking a full 24+ hour reset that begins the day after you arrive home - not when you park the truck. This approach provides a more dependable schedule and makes it easier to plan time away from the road.

Equipment & Driver Comfort: You'll operate well-maintained late-model Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped with Smart Idle systems, bunk heaters, double bunks, 1500-watt inverters, and brand-new mattresses. Regular six-month maintenance schedules help minimize downtime so you can stay focused on driving and earning.

Driver Support: Home time can be taken anywhere along your route, giving you added flexibility when planning time off. With access to more than 30 terminals nationwide, you're never far from clean showers, laundry facilities, fitness centers, trip-planning resources, and additional support while running regional freight.

Benefits

  • United Healthcare after 60 days
  • 401(k) with Fidelity match after 90 days
  • Accessorial pay including detention, layover, and holiday pay
  • Optional hazmat pay
  • Orientation pay

Our Hiring Steps: Once your information is submitted, our recruiting team will review your experience and contact you regarding available regional routes, scheduling details, and the next steps in the hiring process.

EOE: We are committed to building a diverse team of professional CDL-A drivers and logistics staff.
