C.R. England is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Driver for a high-paying, home weekly lane with a dedicated customer. You will hand unload using rollers and run 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load across WA, OR, ID, UT and western MT, with a 34-hour home reset weekly.

Shifts vary and occasional extended time off may occur during peak freight seasons. Eligible drivers enjoy weekly pay, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD+D), PTO, a 401(k), and bonus incentives.

Credentials

Lane Details

• High-paying (hourly plus overtime after 40-hours), home weekly position with a dedicated customer is now hiring
• Hand unload the trailer using rollers
• Drivers will average of 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load
• Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Western Montana
• Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly
• Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday
• This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift
• During the holiday season there might be less time off. Based on freight demands during other times, there could be additional time off
• Must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA

Accessorial Pay Details

• Layover 24 hours - $200 per day
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day
• Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load
• St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Mentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per week
• Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
