Job summary

C.R. England is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Driver for a high-paying, home weekly lane with a dedicated customer. Expect 2–4 loads per trip, 3–4 stops per load, and hand unloading with rollers. Lane covers WA, OR, ID, UT, and Western MT, starting in Ridgefield, WA, with 34-hour resets and varied days off.

Must have a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old, with 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life, AD+D, PTO, 401(k) and bonuses.

• Load and deliver freight on a regional lane through WA, OR, ID, UT, MT.
• Average 2–4 loads with 3–4 stops per load.
• Support safe and on-time operations on the route.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

High-paying (hourly plus overtime after 40-hours), home weekly position with a dedicated customer is now hiring

Hand unload the trailer using rollers

Drivers will average of 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load

Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Western Montana

Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly

Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday

This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift

During the holiday season there might be less time off. Based on freight demands during other times, there could be additional time off

Must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:
