C.R. England is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Driver for a high-paying, home weekly lane with refrigerated freight. Start in Ridgefield, WA and run regionally through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Western Montana.

Hand unload with rollers; 2–4 loads per trip and 3–4 stops per load. Various day and night shifts offered, with a 34-hour reset weekly and occasional time-off adjustments. Weekly pay, overtime after 40 hours, and accessorial pay (breakdown, backhaul, mentor pay) accompany a benefits

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3 months or more of recent Class A CDL experience required.

Be home weekly as a CDL-A Dedicated Driver for C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country. This dedicated account offers consistent miles, predictable home time and is great for individuals wanting to drive and stay active.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

High-paying (hourly plus overtime after 40-hours), home weekly position with a dedicated customer is now hiring

Hand unload the trailer using rollers

Drivers will average of 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load

Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Western Montana

Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly

Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday

This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift

During the holiday season there might be less time off. Based on freight demands during other times, there could be additional time off

Must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience

Accessorial Pay Details:

• Layover 24 hours - $200 per day
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day

• Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load

• Mentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per week
• Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test

• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
