Driver Pay Rates:

• Start at $0.60 per mile for trainees
• Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earning $95,000+
• All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• Additional pay for stops, pickups, and layovers
• Orientation and training pay details
• Lumper fees paid by JBS; drivers are not required to unload unless they choose to
• Breakdown pay and layover pay specifics

• Mentor and training programs available for less experienced drivers
