Rouse Trucking in Indianapolis, IN is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional no-touch freight with a Monday–Friday schedule. Each driver receives assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipment and a consistent 48-hour weekend reset.

Weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday and additional pay for detention and layovers during initial weeks. Home time is weekends with Friday pay.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with at least one year of OTR driving experience.
• Regional, no-touch freight with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Willing to run Northeast and Midwest lanes.
• Must meet safety and performance standards.

Balanced regional freight and practical scheduling consistency give experienced CDL-A drivers steady weekday work with reliable freight movement and a predictable weekend reset. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday | Additional pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Drivers run regional lanes across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most trips average around 250 miles, providing a practical combination of consistent freight movement and manageable time on the road.

• All freight is no-touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving and route movement
• Roughly half of the freight is drop and hook to help reduce delays at customer locations

Home Time: Monday through Friday driving schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a consistent 48-hour reset at home each weekend

Your Truck:

• Late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL-A driver with no slip seating
• Double bunks, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, and 24-inch HD TV

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A with at least one year of documented over-the-road driving experience
• Experienced CDL-A drivers should be comfortable with regional freight and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule
