Aquatic Trucking, Co. is seeking CDL A regional dry van drivers in Elizabethtown, PA. You will deliver Aquatic bathware mainly in the northeast, with home weekends for resets and weekly earnings potential through mileage and on-duty pay.

The role offers paid training, benefits after 60 days, and additional pay for backhaul, NYC surcharges, per diem, and bonuses. You will operate newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmissions in a supportive private fleet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have CDL A license.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No speeding tickets over 15 mph in the last 3 years.
• No reckless driving convictions.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Hiring Radius: live within 50 miles of Elizabethtown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to the northeast region with home weekends for resets.
• Assist with unloading using a handtruck and secure freight with straps.
• Maintain compliance with DOT rules and safe driving practices.

Aquatic Trucking, Co. is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Elizabethtown, PA. Drivers will be delivering Aquatic manufactured bathware primarily in the northeast region. Drivers can expect to be home during the week and home weekends for their reset. Come seek a career with-in our American Bath Group Family and Private Fleet at Aquatic Trucking.

Compensation

• Annual pay range: $90,000 to $100,000
• Starting 66.5 CPM, increases with length of service
• Paid actual miles
• Paid hourly for on duty not driving
• Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,500
• Additional pay:
  • Backhaul pay: $50 per pickup and delivery
  • TIN Pay/NYC surcharge: $250 per day
  • Per diem & layover pay
• Bonuses:
  • $3,000 Sign on bonus
  • Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
  • Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
  • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home weekends for 34 hour reset & home 1-2 nights during the week
• Schedule: Typically leave out Sunday or Monday and home for reset Friday or Saturday
• Route: Primarily northeast region
• Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps

• Governed speed: 70
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Motive system
• Amenities: APU, power inverters, refrigerator, air ride seats w/ temp control, upgraded mattress
