Aquatic Trucking, Co. is seeking CDL A regional dry van drivers to haul midwest routes from Bremen, IN. You’ll be home weekends for your reset and enjoy a private fleet with a family atmosphere.

Trucking responsibilities include safe operation, securing loads, and occasional unloading. Compensation features a base pay around $90,000+ per year, guaranteed weekly minimum, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license and valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No speeding tickets over 15 mph in the last 3 years.
• No reckless driving convictions; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Hiring radius: drivers must live within 50 miles of Bremen, IN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Midwest region shipments with home weekends.
• Assist with loading/unloading and secure freight with straps as needed.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Aquatic Trucking, Co. is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Bremen, IN. Drivers will be delivering Aquatic manufactured bathware primarily in the midwest region. Drivers can expect to be home during the week and home weekends for their reset. Come seek a career with-in our American Bath Group Family and Private Fleet at Aquatic Trucking.

Compensation

• Average annual pay: $90,000+
• Paid CPM, increases with length of service
• Paid actual miles
• Guaranteed weekly minimum pay: $1,400
• Additional pay:
  • Drop pay: $20 for each stop
  • Shower door lumper pay: $75 per shipment where driver assists in unloading
  • Layover pay
• Bonuses:
  • $3,000 Sign on bonus
  • Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
  • Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
  • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home weekends for 34 hour reset & home 1-2 nights during the week
• Schedule: Typically leave out Sunday or Monday and home for reset Friday or Saturday
• Route: Midwest region
• Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps

• Newer model Freightliner Cascadia tractors & Great Dane trailers
• Automatic transmission fleet
• Governed speed: 70
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Motive system
• Amenities: APU, power inverters, refrigerator, air ride seats w/ temp control, upgraded mattress

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
