CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Springfield, OR

Join Ryder as a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Springfield, OR. Ryder offers regional driving opportunities that typically involve moving freight within a specific region, providing quality home time, often during the week and/or weekends. This role allows you to balance work and personal life while earning competitive pay and benefits.

Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500+
• Miles Pay: 65 CPM with 1600 miles per week (all miles paid)
• Stops Pay: $24.00 per stop (12 stops per week)
• Per Diem Pay: $28.00 per night (2-4 nights per week)
• Average work week: 35-60 hours

Bonuses

• Sign-on bonus: $2,000 (paid $1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days)
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home multiple days weekly, out 2-4 nights
• Routes in OR, WA, ID, and MT
• Touch: hardware retail deliveries, inclement weather driving, chaining required

Equipment

• 24', 31', 40', 48', and 53' Dry Vans
• Manual pallet jack and lift gate equipment
• 24/7 roadside maintenance; trucks fueled at over 800 facilities nationwide

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years old
• Class A experience: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
• Hazmat within 90 days of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, background check, motor vehicle check, DOT physical, and road test
• Ability to read, interpret laws, rules, policies
• Live within 30 miles of Springfield, OR
