Safeload Trucking is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for a dedicated dry-van lane. You’ll earn $18.00/hour plus $0.36 CPM, with a weekly pay around $1,550–$1,600 and an anticipated annual pay of about $84,000; up to $94,000 on the lane.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with home 2–3 nights per week; 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight. Benefits include medical, dental and vision after 30 days, paid orientation, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Job Type: Driver

Drive a dedicated regional lane with consistent weekly miles, no-touch freight, and premium pay on a specified route. Home 2 - 3 nights per week with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule.

Pay & Earnings:

Base Rate: $18.00/hour + $0.36 CPM

Salary Average: $1,550 - $1,600/week

Average Annual Pay: $84,000

Specified Lane Potential: Up to $94,000/year

Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,660 miles

The Route:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 AM start

Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook, plus shuttle work

Equipment: Dedicated dry van, average fleet age of 2 years (new equipment)
