Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers invites new CDL graduates to join a structured Driver Trainer Program. You’ll begin with 4 to 6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer, then advance to Mid East regional lanes in a company-provided truck, with home every week.

You’ll work mostly drop and hook freight, 100% no touch on most loads, with weekly pay, stop pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid orientation, and tuition reimbursement after your first month.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (120+ hours); new grads welcome
• Fairly clean driving record, no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years
• Not terminated from your most recent job for safety reasons
• Solid, documented work history with limited gaps over the past 10 years
• Able to pass pre employment urine and hair drug screens and background checks
