10-4 Logistics USA in Jackson, TN is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes with an on-site mentor program. Trainees start with a driver mentor and earn $850 per week during training, transitioning to an Eastern Regional solo position once ready.

After training, drivers haul year-round dry van freight with weekly home time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan, plus pet and rider policies.

Formación

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Completed CDL school training (120 instructional hours) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Eastern Regional driving routes from Jackson, TN.
• Receive hands-on mentor support during training.
• Earn $850/week during mentor phase.
• After training, drive solo on Eastern Regional routes with no-touch/drop-and-hook freight.
