365 Freight USA in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a recent CDL school graduate to start in a paid mentor program, then transition to a full-time regional truck assignment on the Eastern Regional Fleet. You’ll receive one-on-one mentoring and built-in training to help you operate safely and confidently.

The position offers weekly pay, a mentor-driven ramp, and earnings after mentoring of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a paid mentor program before solo driving.
• Transition to a full-time regional truck assignment on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
