10-4 Logistics USA seeks CDL-A regional drivers in the Memphis, TN area for a mentor-supported training program. Trainees earn $850 per week during the mentor phase and transition to an Eastern Regional solo position once ready, with weekly pay and year-round dry van freight.

After training, drivers will work regional routes with weekly home time, no-touch or drop-and-hook freight, and benefits such as health and retirement plans. Valid CDL-A and minimum training hours are required.
