Job summary

Rouse Trucking in Baltimore, MD is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional, no-touch freight with a Monday–Friday schedule and a full 48-hour reset at home each weekend. You will operate familiar lanes across Northeast and Midwest using assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,650 with direct deposit every Friday. Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, a 401(k) with company matching after 60 days, paid vacation and holidays, and a rider

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience.
• Safe, dependable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Established customer freight across regional lanes.
• Route planning built around familiar delivery areas.
• Assigned 2021–2024 Freightliner Cascadia equipment.
• Monday through Friday schedule with weekends at home.
