Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers for Midwest Regional with 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience. You’ll come home every weekend for 48 hours, with no-touch dry van freight, and enjoy some of the best benefits, trucks and bonuses in the industry. Pay ranges from 0.67 to 0.71 CPM plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

All freight is no touch, 65% drop-and-hook. Benefits start on the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, life, PTR, a 401K

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional in last 3 years.
• Two of those months in Winter Conditions (Dec Jan Feb).
• Max 3 CMV moving violations in 3 years; max 2 in last year; no serious violations in 3 years.
• No DOT preventable accidents in last 3 years; no more than 3 parking lot incidents in 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months.
• Not terminated from any driving job in last 12 months; max 2 terminations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight (dry van) across Midwest and Northeast routes.
• Home weekends for 48 hours; can take the truck home on weekends.
• Night driving required; follow safety and DOT regulations.
