Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A regional driver to operate a dedicated Midwest lane from Plainfield, IN. You’ll haul 100% no-touch freight, cover 1,600–1,900 miles weekly, and earn a guaranteed $247 per day on a 6-day schedule.

Your route includes IA, IL, IN, MO, WI, KY, TN and MI, with overnight dispatches. Out Sunday–Friday and home every Friday for a 34-hour weekend reset, benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Trainees: 0 months experience + 120+ accredited school hours.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years.
• Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine toxicology screens.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Regional store dispatches covering IA, IL, IN, MO, WI, KY, TN, and MI.
• Multi-stop retail deliveries, shopping center docks, double drop-and-hooks, and tight backing.
• Includes overnight driving dispatches.
