Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A regional driver to operate a dedicated Midwest lane from Plainfield, IN. You’ll haul 100% no-touch freight, cover 1,600–1,900 miles weekly, and earn a guaranteed $247 per day on a 6-day schedule.

Your route includes IA, IL, IN, MO, WI, KY, TN and MI, with overnight dispatches. Out Sunday–Friday and home every Friday for a 34-hour weekend reset, benefits after 30 days.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Trainees: 0 months experience + 120+ accredited school hours.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years.
• Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine toxicology screens.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

Looking for steady regional freight with guaranteed daily pay and zero physical unloading? This dedicated fleet out of Plainfield delivers retail goods across the Midwest, keeping your paycheck protected while getting you home every weekend.

Main Terminal / Starting Point Plainfield, IN — dispatching directly out of the Plainfield hub (must live within 75 miles of Indianapolis or Gary, IN).

Pay Details

• $247/day guaranteed rate (6-day schedule)
• $1,400 – $1,500 average weekly gross
• 100% no-touch freight
• 1,600 to 1,900 miles per week

Run & Operations Overview

• Regional store dispatches covering IA, IL, IN, MO, WI, KY, TN, and MI
• Multi-stop retail deliveries, shopping center docks, double drop-and-hooks, and tight backing
• Includes overnight driving dispatches

Schedule & Home Time

• Out Sunday through Friday

• Weekend availability required
• Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
