Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Delivery Specialist to operate from Ashley, IN on high-payout retail routes. Expect a weekly gross between $1,700 and $1,850 with potential annual earnings around $88k–$96k.

Routes cover Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin with 3–5 store stops per dispatch and 100% manual unloading. Home time includes 3–4 nights per week and shifts starting early mornings with some night dispatches.

Qualifications

• Active CDL-A with valid DOT Medical Card and a clean MVR.
• 3 months of verified Class-A experience in the last 3 years (no trainees).
• Must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Manual unloading of freight; 100% hands-on with gravity roller channels.
• Deliver to 3–5 store stops per dispatch on ~1,110 miles weekly across Ashley, IN loops.
