American Trucking Group USA, LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional automotive freight out of Peoria, IL. You will haul mostly no-touch automotive freight with 2,500–3,000 miles per week, 7–10 days out, and a 34–48 hour reset at home. Orientation is online; trucks are Peterbilt 579 and equipment is well maintained.

Earn $1,300–$1,550 per week plus a monthly safety bonus up to $750. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and paid vacation.

Formación

• Valid CDL-A required.
• Current DOT medical card.
• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in last 3 years.
• Experience operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer.

Responsabilidades

• Operate regionally on automotive freight lanes.
• No-touch loads with drop-and-hook where possible.
• Maintain steady weekly mileage of 2,500–3,000 miles.
• Follow safety policies and manage detentions and layovers as applicable.

Regional freight movement and dependable scheduling help create a steady operating rhythm across established automotive lanes. Frequent drop-and-hook freight and consistent customer demand help drivers spend more time moving while reducing delays throughout the week.

Freight, Routes & Miles

• Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling automotive freight.
• Loads are 100% no-touch with approximately 90% drop-and-hook freight.
• The average length of haul is around 500 miles, with drivers typically running 2,500-3,000 miles per week.

Freight moves through established customer and distribution locations, supporting consistent lane coverage throughout the network.

Pay

Drivers earn $1,300 to $1,550 per week, with an additional monthly safety bonus of up to $750.

Home Time

Drivers typically stay out 7-10 days followed by a 34-48 hour reset at home. We work with drivers whenever possible when home time needs arise.

Equipment

• Drivers operate primarily Peterbilt 579 tractors along with other well-maintained equipment.
• Trucks are equipped with inverters and refrigerators.
• Assigned equipment may be taken home during home time.

Orientation

Orientation is completed online, and DOT physicals are scheduled close to home whenever possible. Transportation to pick up your truck is provided after onboarding.
