Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking a CDL-A Truck Driver in Montgomery, AL. You will operate regional no-touch dry van freight with weekly home time and consistent dispatch support.

Orientation is 4 days with full benefits including Life Insurance, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision coverage. Must have a valid CDL-A and DOT medical card, plus a safe driving record and 6 months recent CDL-A experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional no-touch dry van freight across lanes.

• Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance.

Role: CDL-A Truck Driver

Compensation: Weekly pay of $1,325 to $1,645

Fleet: Late-model Peterbilt 579 tractors equipped with driver comfort features for regional driving and dependable weekly miles.

Routes & Home Time: Regional freight keeps drivers within a practical operating area while home weekly scheduling provides regular time away from the road and dispatch support throughout the week.

Drivers handle planned regional runs with load information provided as the week progresses. The schedule combines productive driving time with weekly home time and a route structure designed around ongoing regional freight demand.

Freight: Drivers haul no-touch dry van loads across regional lanes, keeping the work centered on driving rather than loading, unloading, or physically handling freight.

This freight setup keeps day-to-day responsibilities focused on safely completing regional runs and moving scheduled loads. Drivers receive communication from dispatch regarding freight movement, load details, and scheduling as they work through their weekly routes.
