Job summary

Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for balanced regional scheduling with weekly home time. You will operate late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks and handle regional freight, with bonuses for detours, breakdowns, and inspections. Orientation and transition pay are provided.

We offer paid orientation, hotel and meals covered during orientation, and weekly direct deposit pay. A valid CDL-A and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience are required to join our team in Little Rock, AR

Pay & Home Time

• Weekly pay $1,500 to $1,600


• 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility


• Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses

Your Truck

Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters.

Your assigned Peterbilt provides a consistent driving setup from week to week, with comfort features that make regional driving more manageable.

Regular maintenance helps reduce downtime and supports dependable regional operations. Dispatch planning is built around maintaining practical freight coverage and organized scheduling throughout the week.

Transition Pay

When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.

We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.
