Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional freight continuity, route stability, and weekly home time that helps support steady freight movement and organized scheduling throughout the week.

Pay: $1,500 to $1,600 weekly
Home Time: Home weekly with scheduling flexibility
Freight: Regional freight
Location: St. Louis, MO 63101

• Regional freight with stable route coverage

• Home weekly CDL-A position

• Assigned Peterbilt 579 equipment

• Paid orientation and transition pay

Pay & Home Time:

• Weekly pay $1,500 to $1,600

• 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility

• Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses

Equipment:

Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters.

• Assigned trucks with no slip seating

• Weekly direct deposit pay

• Maintained Peterbilt equipment fleet

You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to provide a consistent driving experience.

Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support dependable regional operations. Dispatch planning focuses on maintaining stable route flow and organized scheduling for drivers running established regional freight lanes.

Transition Pay:

When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.

We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.

Getting Started:

Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.
