Job summary

HWY Express is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers to operate within an established freight network around Chicago and beyond. Drivers run no-touch general freight with a focus on regional routes and longer runs as freight demand dictates.

You'll enjoy home time every other weekend (48-hour reset) and weekly direct deposit on CPM-based pay. Medical, dental, and vision coverage start after 30 days, plus a 401(k) with company match after six months.

• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 36 months; regional or local experience qualifies.

Regional freight demand and dependable dispatch support help CDL-A truck drivers maintain productive schedules while earning $1,450–$1,850 per week. No-touch freight and planned home time add a practical balance to this full-time driving position.

HWY Express is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers to operate within an established freight network. Drivers primarily run east of I-35 with access to broader freight opportunities when additional coverage is needed.

Pay & Home Time

Consistent earning opportunities are paired with a scheduled 48-hour reset.

• Earn $1,450–$1,850 per week with CPM-based pay and weekly direct deposit
• Home every other weekend for a full 48 hours

Freight & Routes

The primary operating area is east of I-35, with occasional runs throughout all 48 states based on freight demand. Drivers have access to a mix of regional freight and longer runs without NYC routing.

Equipment

Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors designed for dependable performance on regional and longer-distance runs. Late-model equipment provides a reliable working environment throughout the week.
