Job summary

HWY Express hires experienced CDL-A truck drivers to operate within an established regional freight network. Drivers primarily run east of I-35 with access to broader freight opportunities when additional coverage is needed.

Home time is every other weekend with a full 48-hour reset. Pay ranges from $1,450 to $1,850 per week, with no-touch freight, weekly direct deposit, and a strong benefits package supporting a balanced, full-time driving career.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 36 months.
• Region/local driving experience qualifies.

Pay & Home Time

Consistent earning opportunities are paired with a scheduled 48-hour reset.

• Earn $1,450–$1,850 per week with CPM-based pay and weekly direct deposit
• Home every other weekend for a full 48 hours

Regular resets provide planned time at home while the freight network supports productive mileage during the weeks drivers are on the road.

Freight & Routes

The primary operating area is east of I-35, with occasional runs throughout all 48 states based on freight demand. Drivers have access to a mix of regional freight and longer runs without NYC routing.

• No-touch freight with customer-handled loading and unloading
• No NYC routes

This setup allows drivers to focus on driving while working across established freight lanes.

Equipment

Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors designed for dependable performance on regional and longer-distance runs. Late-model equipment provides a reliable working environment throughout the week.
