Wells is seeking a Ready Mix Operator to safely drive a ready mix truck and ensure accurate batching for on-time delivery. You will work in a production and field environment, upholding strict DOT standards and company safety policies.

The ideal candidate will hold a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement, maintain a valid medical card, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude along with the ability to learn batching systems and document records precisely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and DOT medical card required.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and random testing requirements.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform light vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to learn and operate computerized batching systems.
• Strong attention to safety and detail in all driving and production tasks.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate a ready mix truck safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning of ready mix truck and drum.
• Learn and operate computerized batching system accurately.
• Deliver and maintain batching records for Quality Control review.
• Maintain a clean safe and mechanically sound vehicle at all times.
• Follow all company motor vehicle safety and driving policies.
• Support safe handling and delivery of materials to job sites.
