Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Operator in Texas to safely operate a ready-mix truck, learn batching systems, and coordinate with Quality Control for accurate batching and timely deliveries.

You will maintain records, perform light maintenance, and ensure a clean, mechanically sound vehicle while adhering to strong safety practices in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
• Mechanical aptitude for light vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely in DOT compliance.
• Maintain batching records for Quality Control.
• Learn and operate computerized batching system accurately.
• Deliver materials to job sites and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform light maintenance on the truck and drum as needed.
