Job summary

Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is seeking a dependable Company Driver for local pneumatic routes. Drivers are paid weekly with an average of $1,300–$1,600 per week and start at 25% of line haul, increasing to 28% after 90 days.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL and passing DOT/FMCSA physicals. HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred but not required.
• Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight and specialized cargo.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow hazmat or temperature-sensitive handling procedures.
