Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school.

Once you've successfully completed training, you'll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week. If you're ready to start your driving career with a company that believes in developing new drivers, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and DOT qualification requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Safety-focused and dependable.
• No previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to learn the job.
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and communicate with dispatch.
• Transition to solo driving after mentor program completion.
