Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking newly trained CDL-A graduates to join a paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, then transition into your own truck to drive solo and build real-world experience.

The program pays $1,600–$1,800 per week after training, with weekly direct deposits and full benefits after training. This path takes a graduate from trainee to independent driver on the open road.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR.
• Meet DOT qualification requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Safety-focused and dependable.
• No previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• During training, you will ride with an experienced driver to build skills and confidence.
• Learn safe driving and trip planning, pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch.
• Begin solo driving after mentor program completion.
