Western International is seeking a CDL-A Packaged Gas Truck Driver in Birmingham, AL to haul cylinders of compressed gases and make regional deliveries. Qualifications

• CDL Class A with current DOT medical card.
• 2 years of CDL A experience or 1.5 years of experience with certification from an accredited trucking school.
• Must have prior experience driving manual 10 speed transmission and be able to pass the road test.
• Current Hazmat.
• No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years.
• No at-fault accidents in last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 lifetime max).
• Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Haul cylinders of compressed gases and make regional deliveries to customers.
• Provide safe, efficient and reliable service while complying with DOT regulations.
• Maintain vehicle and delivery records and report any safety concerns.
