Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who are business partners in a strong, profitable operation. Pay is built to benefit owner operators, with 99% no-touch freight and a robust support network across Forward’s closed terminal locations.

Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base compensation of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC. Average gross weekly earnings are $4,100–$5,200, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment newer than 10 years old.
