Schneider is seeking an Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload Driver based in Raleigh, NC. This role offers predictable lanes and freight that allows for maximum drive time. With a strong focus on safety, you’ll be dispatched in advance and experience minimal downtime.

Drivers can earn between $1,020 and $1,240 weekly, with additional bonuses and benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) plans. A valid Class A CDL is required, and experience levels vary.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL is required.
• Inexperienced drivers can apply with a Commercial Learner's Permit.
• Experience with or willingness to obtain HazMat endorsement.

Pay and bonus potential

Average pay: $1,020-$1,240 weekly

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Mileage incentive: Potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
