SAFE BIRD LOGISTICS LLC is seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions. Solo drivers earn $0.65 per mile or 30% of weekly gross revenue; team drivers earn $0.80–$0.85 per mile or 35% of gross revenue.

Pay structure and terms explained during hiring. Requirements include valid CDL A, at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet safety and insurance requirements.

SAFE BIRD LOGISTICS LLC is hiring qualified Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions. We welcome experienced solo drivers, established teams, and eligible new CDL graduates who are ready to start their trucking careers.

Compensation

Solo Drivers

• $0.65 per mile (CPM), or
• 30% of weekly gross revenue

Team Drivers

• $0.80–$0.85 per mile (CPM), or
• 35% of gross revenue

Pay structure and applicable terms will be explained during the hiring process.

Home Time

• 3–4 weeks on the road
• 3–4 days of home time after each OTR period

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience for solo positions
• Drivers with less than 1 year of experience may be considered for team positions
• Recent CDL Class A graduates are welcome to apply for eligible team opportunities
• Acceptable driving record and employment qualifications
• Must meet applicable safety and insurance requirements
• SAP-program applicants are not eligible for these positions
